I have made up a gallery of photographs that we are thinking of using for this year’s calendar for our customers, and thought that it would be a good idea to get feedback from the members of this blog. Remember that I need to pick 12 from this gallery, so please let me know which you think that I should include and those which you think I should not include. Location Puzzler 14 – The Bumper Summer Special

For this week’s location puzzler, I have produced a ‘Summer Special’ version for one of our members to take on holiday with him. It should keep him and you amused for a few hours while enjoying the end of the summer of 2012.

As I reported in my earlier posting, we had a lot more entries to last week’s puzzle, and I am hoping that we can do even better this week.

There are a massive seven locations for you to identify this week, some are easy and some of them are fiendishly difficult, but all are possible to find, either by googling clues in the pictures, or by looking around this blog. As indicated last night, I was looking to get some of the subscribers to this blog to submit their own artwork into the new ‘East Wing’ of our Virtual Art Gallery.

In order to produce a good quality piece of clip art, you must always start with a good photograph. The old adage about not being able to make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear holds very true in all matters graphic. You would be amazed at the amount of customers that give me ‘Black cat in coal cellar’ and want me to turn it into something akin to a David Bailey original! This is not possible. Continue reading →
