I am pleased to announce that the draw for the Craghoppers Kiwi Jacket was made this afternoon in front of some of the PomPrint staff (to prove impartiality), and I am happy to declare that the winner of the prize is Hayley Chandler of Kettering in Northamptonshire.

Hayley has 28 days to contact Billy on billy@pomprint.co.uk to sort out colours and sizes.

For those of you who did not win, please don’t feel the need to unsubscribe now that the competition is over, as we might well be springing a few surprise draws at random for you in the coming months!!

Not the wittiest of punchlines I know, but it is absolutely true (except for the bit about the sandwiches – I’m not that organized).

Just a little reminder to all our readers that we will be running a prize draw for all subscribers to this blog. The prize will be a Craghoppers Jacket as shown in the posting for our March competition. This is available in a variety of colours and sizes, and there is also a ladies’ version available. The winner will be able to chose colour, size and type. The prize also includes free delivery to any address in the UK.

To enter this draw, all that you have to do is become a subscriber to this blog. By subscribing, you will get sent an email every time that we make a new posting (about once a day). That’s all!! There will be no spamming your mailbox with offers! You can even unsubscribe after the draw has been made, but we hope that you won’t, of course.

The March Caption Competition is now closed and I would like to thank each and every one of you who participated. I am delighted to be able to report that we received a total of 35 entries, which is not bad for a blog that is still in its infancy!

The captions have now been sent to the 6 independent judges, and I am hoping to be able to announce the winner and the runners-up by the end of the week. It is going to be a close one, in my opinion, as there were some very clever entries. I think that Paul Merton and Ian Hislop stand-ins are reading this blog!!
