Unfortunately it would appear that I made last week’s puzzler a bit too difficult. Nobody at all managed to recognise the old Observation Tower in Rosehearty…so I have decided to make this week’s puzzle a bit easier, especially as I believe that we might get a few entries from members further afield (at least I hope so)!
This week I have chosen a location that should be well known to locals, but a bit more difficult for anyone outside the northeast of Scotland. All that you need to do to enter is to identify where the photo below was taken and comment this post with “This weeks location shot was taken in …..” followed by the village, town or city in which you believe the item can be seen. It’s so simple, we don’t even give you a prize, but you will at least have the smug feeling knowing that you got it right!
All correct answers will be revealed on Wednesday around noon.

The Rock Challenge final was in Milton Keynes this year, but that is not the only town that can boast a concrete cow!! Where would you find this fine beast in Scotland?
Best of luck, especially to those of you who live outside our area!! Happy googling.

Actually it was called a Turra Coo that took place. I just wanted to clarify that I know what I am talking about. And because…I am awesome. Thank you, come again.:) And don’t forget to note the time of my entry. As the first one to get the correct answer should surely get an honorable mention. Front page news. Nothing to flashy. But a header of course:)
The Concrete cow will be found in Turriff.
This week’s location shot was taken in the town of Turriff. This is a Turra Coo.:)
