Now that I have almost learnt to drive this thing, I have made a few alterations which, I believe, will improve the experience of being a member.

Firstly, I have added in a few different fonts, with more to come shortly. This means that articles will no longer have the same appearance. Hopefully, this will make the pages a bit more interesting.

Secondly, I have opened up the ‘closed shop’ approach so that people who are not members can comment using their WordPress, Facebook or Twitter accounts. This might liven up discussion (I hope).

Thirdly, I have given all members access to the site statistics. If you have registered, you will see a little bar chart at the top of your screen when you are logged in. Click on this to see how popular each posting has been or is being with real-time statistics.

I hope that these changes will make a difference. Only time will tell.
